By purchasing or using PressIQ products, you agree to these Terms.

2) Product type
PressIQ is a builder’s kit for hydraulic forging presses. Final installation, wiring, enclosure, and compliance are the builder’s responsibility.

3) Orders & payment
Prices, taxes, and shipping are shown at checkout. We may cancel/refund orders for suspected fraud or inventory errors.

4) Shipping & risk of loss
Title and risk pass to you upon carrier acceptance. See our Shipping & Returns policy for details.

5) Returns & warranty
Returns and warranty are governed by the policies linked on this site.

6) Safety & use
You are responsible for safe installation and operation. Never operate a press without proper guarding, emergency stop, and safe procedures. Not for life-critical applications.

7) Software license
Software and documentation are licensed, not sold, and provided “as-is.” Do not copy, redistribute, or resell except as permitted.

8) Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the product giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages (including lost time, tooling, or production).

9) Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from claims arising from your installation or use of the products.

10) Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of New York, USA, without regard to conflicts of law. Venue: Monroe County, New York.

We may update these Terms/policies; the latest version will be posted on this site.
