Limited Warranty

What’s covered
• Controller electronics: 90-day limited warranty against defects in materials and workmanship.
• Cables/switches/relays: 90-day limited warranty.
• Software / documentation provided “as-is” with best-effort support.

What’s not covered
Damage from improper wiring, misuse, over-voltage, ingress (water/oil), modification, or operation contrary to our docs. Normal wear and consumables are excluded.

Remedy
At our option: repair, replace, or refund the defective component(s). Liability is limited to the price paid for the affected item(s).

How to claim
Email support@getpressiq.com with your order number, description, and photos/video of the issue.

Safety note
PressIQ is a builder’s kit. Final installation, wiring, and safety integration are the builder’s responsibility. Test thoroughly before putting any body parts or workpieces near the press.
