Returns & Exchanges

Eligibility
• Returns accepted within 7 days of delivery on unused, uninstalled items in original packaging.
• Opened/installed electronic components, cut wires, or parts showing wear aren’t eligible for return.
• Digital files/software are non-returnable.

How to start a return
Email support@getpressiq.com with your order number and reason. If approved, we’ll issue an RMA and instructions.

Restocking & shipping
• A 15% restocking fee may apply.
• Return shipping is the buyer’s responsibility unless the item arrived defective or we shipped the wrong item.

Exchanges
Exchanges are handled as a return plus a new order.
