Processing time
Orders typically ship within 2–3 business days. Larger orders or back-ordered items may require additional time; we’ll email you if there’s a delay.

Carriers & tracking
We ship via USPS. You’ll receive a tracking number when your order ships.

Shipping rates
Rates are calculated at checkout based on destination and weight. We currently ship to the United States.

Lost / damaged in transit
If your package arrives damaged or doesn’t arrive, contact us within 48 hours of delivery scan (or expected delivery) at support@getpressiq.com. Keep all packaging for carrier inspection.

Wrong address
Please double-check your shipping address. We aren’t responsible for orders delivered to addresses provided incorrectly at checkout.
