Main Page

Cycle, Auto, Jog: choose how the press moves between your Upper and Lower setpoints. Cycle = one stroke per left-pedal press. Auto = continuous cycles while the left pedal is held. Jog = manual up/down control. 
Zero: sets the current position to 0.00 so all setpoints are measured from that reference.
Set from Current (Sync): captures the live position as the new Upper or Lower setpoint.
Set Upper / Set Lower: opens the keypad to type exact end points.
Offset: opens the keypad to enter an offset distance above the Lower point.
Standby Upper / Standby Lower: enter alternate setpoints you can swap to instantly.
Swap Setpoints: swaps the active setpoints with the standby values
Right Pedal Reset: returns setpoints to the original values.
• Settings: opens the Settings page.
Foot pedals, joystick, and panel buttons
Left pedal: in Jog, it drives DOWN (or UP if Reverse is enabled). In Cycle, one press runs a full down-and-up stroke. In Auto, hold to cycle; release to stop and return to Upper.
• Right pedal: in Jog, drives UP (or DOWN in Reverse). In Cycle/Auto, first press swaps to standby; additional presses engage Accumulative step-down after each right pedal press.
• Joystick/UP-DOWN buttons: available in all modes for manual adjustment.


Presets Page

• Save 1–5: saves your current setup into that slot. Load 1–5: recalls a saved setup instantly. Tap the number to rename a preset. Up to five full configurations are available.


What presets store
• Upper/Lower setpoints, Standby setpoints, Offset, Safety Delay, Units, Reverse Mode, Accumulative Mode, and Step Value. Load a preset to apply all of these at once.

Settings Page

• Units (Inch/MM): switches displayed and input units; the system also switches pressure units (PSI/BAR) to match.
• Safety Delay: keypad entry for the maximum time allowed to reach the Lower setpoint.
• Reverse Cylinder Direction: toggles Reverse Mode, which swaps the active up/down solenoid logic. Basicaly having you cylinder mounted on top or bottom you can adjust it here.
• Pressure Gauge, Timer, Presets, Return: navigation to those pages or back to Main.

Timer Page

• Start, Stop, Reset, and Set Timer (opens keypad) for simple timing tasks during a run.

Pressure Page

• Shows live pressure from the connected sensor in 25-lb increments. Toggle PSI/BAR to match your selected unit mode.

Key Pad

Enter values as whole numbers, decimals, or fractions. The keypad includes a built-in calculator for quick calculations.

Keyboard


Use this on-screen keyboard to enter letters, numbers when naming presets or entering text fields.
The Clear button removes all text, cancel returns without saving, and Enter confirms your entry.
The < key deletes one character at a time.
